Yakhni pulao’s recipe ingredients
- 2cup of basmati rice 2. ½ onion chopped 3.½ tp peppercorns

- 1 ½ fennel seeds
Readly to making yakhni pulao
Step 1: make bouquet garni
Take a clean muslin cloth and tie together sliced onion, garlic, whole ginger, bay leaf, black cardamom, black pepper, coriander seeds, cloves, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg and nutmeg.
Step 2 :Cook the chicken with spices
