Ingredients
The ingredients for this recipe are:
• beef mince (ground beef) 1 pound
• oil two tablespoons
• garam masala one teaspoon
• finely chopped 1⁄2 cup onion
• 1/3 cup ginger finely chopped
• finely chopped 1⁄4 cup garlic
• coriander seeds one tablespoon
• cumin seeds one tablespoon
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• 1 green chili finely chopped
Preparation
