2 cups water

Green chillies-2 pieces
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1⁄2 cup
Red chili powder-1⁄4 tsp
Cumin seeds-1 tbsp
Black pepper-2 pinches
Ingredients should be chosen based on how much time you have to prepare them. However, you want to make sure they are fresh and that their quality is high. If you don’t have time to get ingredients ready ahead of time, then buy premade ones.
The bindi-gosht daig method involves cooking meat, vegetables, and spices together. However, first, you must wash the meat thoroughly and pat it dry. Then, take the meat out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting it up. Next, cut the meat into bite-size pieces.
While raw, add the meat to a pot and cover it with water. Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and simmer until the meat is tender. After that, drain the water and set it aside. Now, chop the vegetables and mix them with the meat. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir well.
Once everything is mixed, pour the mixture back into the same pot and turn off the heat. Let it cool down completely before serving. Garnish with some freshly chopped coriander or cilantro.
