Ingredients
Arabic biryani daig is a traditional dish from the Arabian peninsula, biryani (or biryani) is a rice-based curry cooked with meat,
vegetables, and spices. However, it is often accompanied by raita or yogurt, which may be eaten separately.
Preparation
For the preparation of arabic biryani, the ingredients are mixed in a bowl, covered, and left to marinate overnight in the fridge. The following
day, the mixture is removed from the refrigerator and placed in the oven at 350F (180C). However, once the
temperature reaches 200F (90C), the mixture is stirred well to ensure even cooking. The pan is then
returned to the oven until the liquid becomes thick gravy.
Methood for Arabic biryani:
1. Prepare rice flour batter
Take 1 cup of rice flour and add water until you get a thick paste consistency. However, you can use any flour if
you want. Just make sure it is gluten-free.
2. Add spices
However, add some salt, turmeric, chili flakes, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, garam masala, black pepper,
fenugreek seeds, ginger, garlic, green chilies, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, nutmeg, cloves, mace,
bay leaf, onion, tomato, dry red chilies, and rosemary. Now, mix well and keep aside. In order to make arabic biryani daig tasty.
3. Fry chicken pieces
Fry chicken pieces in oil until golden brown. However, remove them from the pan and set aside.
4. Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan
However heat oil in a heavy bottom pan over high heat. Once hot, pour the prepared rice batter and spread it
evenly across the pan using a spatula. Spread out the batter to cover the entire surface of the pan. Cook
the biryani for about 5 minutes, then sprinkle the fried chicken pieces over the top of the biryani. Cover
the pan with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes.
5. Serve
However, turn off the heat and serve immediately. Garnish with chopped cilantro and lemon wedges. However, enjoy the arabic biryani.
