Mutton Pulao Recipe:
An easy, classic and evergreen Mutton Pulao is my favorite Pulao ever. This one-pot formula is right for each family meals and dawats!

Tender mutton and fluffy rice. Along with the red and green chillies.
Ingrident mutton pulao:
• one metric weight unit mutton (lamb)
• five cups basmati rice
• a pair of tsp salt
• 1/2 cup drawn butter
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
• a pair of inexperienced chillies
• 4-5 cardamoms
• one cinnamon stick
• 1/2 onion finely shredded
• 1/2 tomato diced
• one tsp coriander powder
Method:
Take a bowl and place the rice in it.
Cover it fully when gushing cold water into them. Once done, leave it to soak for a minimum of one hour.
Take a pan and place Mutton Pulao recipe in it. Add water and cook for roughly 30-45 minutes till the meat has softened.
Once the mutton is nearly prepared, keep it aside for a minute.
In this step, take another pan and place oil thereon.
Heat the oil on medium flame and so place the finely sliced onions and cook them for roughly 3-4 minutes till softened and bronzed.
The moment the onion turns gently bronzed place one tbsp of water thereto, in order that the color type of the onion is free.
Now, add these onions at the side of the garlic paste, salt, and inexperienced chillies to the mutton pot then cook it for roughly 5-10 minutes.
Next, drain the soaked rice and add it to the pan then gently mix them.
Cook them on a high flame for roughly 10-15 minutes till the water has nearly dried up.
Once the water dries up, scale back the warmth to low flame and so cowl it with a lid and cook for one more 10-15 minutes.
Garnish the instruction with raisins and deep-fried onion.
