Biryani Recipe – Biryani daig is a traditional dish from Pakistan. It is a rice preparation with meat and vegetables. Traditionally, biryani was cooked with chicken and vegetables. These days, people use lamb, mutton, beef, goat, fish, eggs, and paneer (Indian cottage cheese) in place of chicken. Here we have given the recipe for making biryani daig using chicken. You can make it with any kind of meat or substitute it with other ingredients.
Biryani Daig Method:
In a pressure cooker, add 2 cups water and 1 cup basmati rice. starts the water boiling. Add salt and turmeric powder. The rice is done, fluff the grains with a fork and set aside. First heat oil in a pan. Cook the onion and a little wait. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies. Saute for a minute. Now add tomatoes, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, garam masala and red chili flakes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot.

You can use any type of meat in this recipe. If you do not use chicken, you may use some other type of meat. Use paneer for chicken.
